By joining one of these programmes, you can attend online classes twice a week, with in-person sessions one Saturday a month at your closest campus.

The Higher Certificate in Business Administration, Higher Certificate in Accounting, Higher Certificate in Human Resources or Higher Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism at NewBridge Graduate Institute (NGI) are dynamic, part-time programmes designed to equip students with essential accounting, business management, human resources and hotel management skills.

Accredited at NQF Level 5 and comprising 120 credits, this qualification serves as both a standalone credential and a stepping stone to further studies in accounting or related fields.

Higher Certificate in Business Administration

This qualification introduces fundamental concepts in business administration, including office management, communication, and basic financial principles. Upon completion, students will possess entry-level working knowledge in these areas, preparing them for roles such as Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative.

Higher Certificate in Accounting

This dual-purpose qualification introduces fundamental concepts in accounting and business management, including business literacy, payroll, and SARS returns. Upon completion, students will possess entry-level working knowledge in these areas, preparing them for roles such as Junior Accountant, Payroll Officer, Accounts Administrator, or Bookkeeper.

Higher Certificate in Human Resources

This qualification offers a strong foundation in Human Resources, covering key areas like recruitment and performance management. It prepares you for entry-level roles such as talent acquisition officer, training administrator, recruiter, and HR officer, with a focus on practical skills and current industry trends. 

Higher Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism

This dynamic qualification equips students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in areas like hotel management, budgeting, and concierge services. It blends classroom learning with real-world application, preparing graduates for careers such as Cruise Director, Culinary Tourism Specialist, Digital Nomad Concierge, or Destination Wedding Planner.
